Don’t be fooled into thinking it will control these conditions. I talk to many people who think they no longer need to make healthy choices when new food alternatives arrive on the shelves.

Nothing will ever replace the positive effects of a healthy diet and lifestyle. Medications and food alternatives may help to control symptoms but they do not prevent the progression and complications of diseases on their own.
